Shipping and Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with Evolved Foods. If for some reason, you are not happy with the product, we are here to help. The products have to be stored at 0-5 degrees to prevent them from spoiling and making them eligible for return and processing the refund. All returns and refunds are at the sole discretion of the Bizchef Ventures Private Limited upon the inspection and confirmation done by its employees and management.
You have 2 calendar days to return the product from the date you have received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it. A valid proof of purchase or receipt is required.
Refunds and returns are applicable only if there is a problem with the product. Upon receipt of the returned item, it will be inspected by our team and a notification will be shared with you that the item has been received by us. After the item is inspected, we will send you an update about the status of the refund. If the refund is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment used to make the purchase. Bizchef Ventures Pvt. Ltd will initiate the refund within 5 business days from the date the product is received by us. You will receive the credit within the stipulated time based on the policies set by your payment platform.
If you have purchased the product from any retail store / online stores, please refer to their terms and conditions on returns/refunds.
We will notify you about the pick up time for the return. Please keep the product(s) ready so our delivery team can have them collected.
When will I receive my order?
All confirmed orders received before 10pm IST will be shipped the next day. All orders received after 10pm IST will be processed the following day and will be shipped the day after. For example, if your order is received after 10pm on a Wednesday, the order will be processed on Thursday and will be shipped on Friday.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free. You do not have to pay an additional shipping fee for orders in Bengaluru.
How do I know if my order went through?
You will receive a confirmation email with the order number once the order is processed. If you have created an account with us, you can login to your account and see the order status. If you haven’t received an email confirmation you may have entered your email address incorrectly and thus are not receiving our emails. If you haven’t received an email confirmation AND do not see your order in your account, your order most likely did not go through due to a credit card processing issue — your name, billing address and zip code that you enter upon checkout must match your credit card statement’s information. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look into your order for you.

How do I change my shipping address?
If you contact us within a few hours after placing your order we will do out best to change your address. Unfortunately once your order is processed, we cannot change your address. Please email us at email@example.com with your order number if you believe your package won’t arrive to you.
Do you ship Pan India?
Our products will be available for purchase in Bengaluru initially. We will share updates as our products are available in other cities in India.
Do you ship internationally?
We are not shipping our products internationally at present.
How do I cancel my order?
If you notify us before 10pm IST on the day before the scheduled delivery date by writing to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, we will be able to help you with cancelling your order. Any requests received after 10pm IST will not be cancelled as the order will have been processed and be ready for shipping.
